  • Chartered Engineer, Chartered Marketer, Expert Singapore Certified Management Consultant (TUV-SUD)

  • Senior Research Fellow of Research Center for Technological Innovation (RCTI), Tsinghua University.

  • Academic Fellow of The International Council of Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).

  • MSc (Cranfield), MBA & PhD (Strathclyde)

  • D.Litt., (UK) in Wholistic Learning

  • Author of 10 books & over 100 articles on contemporary management, leadership & entrepreneurship about applying Wholistic Thinking.

  • Visiting professor to over 15 universities across the world.

The bridge of “WILL I WIN” focuses on three vital areas – strategizing to implementing & operating. This includes a balanced scorecard for effective monitoring of people & controlling of processes, with speed of connecting/ networking by planet (Internet-of-Things). WILL aims to developing and nurturing 21st century human champion.
